Verona: New Italian restaurant set to open in Cleckheaton this weekend

Verona Italian Restaurant, on Central Parade, Dewsbury Road, will open its doors on Saturday, December 13.

The location is the site of the former Aldo’s - an Italian restaurant which closed its doors last year.

A post on Verona’s official Facebook page says:

“The table is ready and waiting for you. We’re excited to open our doors in Cleckheaton and welcome you to Verona, a modern Italian restaurant where connection and the joy of shared moments over comforting food are at the heart of every visit.

Savour the flavours of Italy to the warm feelings and conversations they inspire. Each dish is crafted with care under the guidance of our masterful and passionate chefs. We blend Italian tradition with contemporary dining (including options such as fresh fish or quality steaks) to create moments that bring people together.

“Pull up a chair and let us take care of the rest this winter, we can’t wait to make you feel right at home.”

Verona officially opens on Saturday, December 13, from 12pm to 10pm. Opening times thereafter are Tuesday to Thursday, 12pm to 2pm and 5pm to 9.30pm, Friday and Saturday, 12pm to 10pm, and Sunday, 12pm to 9pm.

The menu includes vegetarian and gluten free options, in addition to a children’s menu.
